Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within South Africa.
  • Courier Partners:
    We use reliable courier services such as The Courier Guy, Paxi, and Aramex.
  • Delivery Delays:
    If we experience a high volume of orders or external disruptions (e.g., weather, strikes), shipments may be delayed. We will contact you via email or phone for any significant delays.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note:

  • Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Adamson Nkhoma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages and Lost Items

Adamson Nkhoma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim support.
